Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 Celcius. Use parchment paper to line a round, vented pizza pan.
- Roll the pizza dough at least a 38-centimetre circle on a lightly floured work surface.
- While the pizza bakes, mix the following ingredients below for 2 minutes on high or until it is completely smooth.
- Filtered water
- Cashews
- Nutritional yeast
- Arrowroot powder
- Apple cider vinegar
- Sea salt
- Fill a saucepan halfway with the mixture. Set the heat to medium & constantly whisk for 3 to 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Do not overheat & allow it to cool off slightly.

- Drop spoonfuls of cashew mozzarella across the surface of the pizza with a tablespoon.
- Put back the pizza and bake for another 8 to 14 minutes until done to preference.
- Allow to cool off after removing from the oven. Drizzle with fresh basil & balsamic reduction. Season with sea salt & crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
