- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tsp whole milk
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Salted Maple Buttercream
- 150 gm or ⅔ cup butter (unsalted, room temperature)
- ¼ tsp sea salt flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp maple Syrup
- 165 gm or 1 ½ cups icing (confectioner’s) sugar

Make the Dried Apples
- Preheat the oven to 240 degrees F. Grease and line some baking containers with parchment paper.
